When I had Covid, the only food I wanted was apples. Since then it has been part of my day. Delicious and nutritious. I don t go without.
During the period when I had COVID, I didn t have much of an appetite and the only thing that came was the desire to eat an apple. Our body knows what is best for us. Then, when I went to the doctor for a post-covid evaluation, the tests showed a high clotting rate and I found out that the quercetin present in apples prevents strokes, heart attacks and other cardiovascular problems (antithrombotic and vasodilator effect).
