Ingredients
Half piece of chopped apple
1 tea cup sugar
Cloves to taste
Cinnamon sticks to taste
1 liter dry or soft wine
Half liter water
Method of preparation
1. In a pan, put the sugar and cloves;
2. Take to medium fire and stir until you form a caramel syrup;
3. Add the wine, water, apple and cinnamon stick;
4. Stir non stop until it starts to boil;
5. After it starts to boil, leave it in the fire for another 2 minutes and then turn it off;
6. Serve immediately.
